Farm dinners 2023

We're super stoked to finally be able to host dinners on this land. Big long tables, fresh air, delicious food and of course the company. An al fresco style evening in the Gatineau Hills! 

Four dinners per summer to showcase our beautiful all natural meats and vegetables raised with our regenerative agriculture principles. 

Arrive anytime after 5pm
Dinner served at 7pm
Open fire and relaxation all evening long

- Each meal comes with 3 seasonal salads
- One main dish (vegan option too)
- One side
- One dessert

- One alcoholic drink of choice upon arrival
- Two wine glasses (red or white) with the meal

SAT Sep 2nd - Pork Ribs

SAT Sep 23rd - Charcoal grilled chicken night

Side: mushroom risotto
Salad 1: carrots & cauliflower
Salad 2: harvest greens
Salad 3: beans

SAT Oct 7th - Smoked brisket

Featuring our pasture raised beef

Vegan option is char grilled cabbage and french lentils

Side: smashed potatoes
Salad 1: detox slaw
Salad 2: harvest greens
Salad 3: roasted beets

We did a little photo shoot to showcase the menu items.
Will definitely be depending on harvests.
